Forgot-password starts a dedicated reset challenge, verified by OTP before a new password is accepted
If you forget your password, WebOptiva doesn't just let you type a new one right away.
It first sends you a one-time code to confirm it's really you, the same way sign-up does.
Only after that code is verified can you actually set a new password.
