Run an audit
Everything happens on one screen. Pick a scope in the topbar domain filter, optionally point the Audit URL field at one page, press Run audit, and the run appears in the Optimization runs table immediately. The form is the only place in the product where a new image-optimization analysis is started; the rest of this category is about reading and sharing what it produces.
How it works
- What the form checks before a run is queued: the URL, the domain, the plan allowance, and the workspace daily quota
- Result caching belongs to the public analyzer, not to your audit history — the workspace form re-measures every time
- One form with two modes, decided by the topbar domain filter: a free-form URL run or a domain-scoped run
Good to know
- A row is one URL at one moment, not a crawl of the whole site
- When the plan's monthly audit allowance is used up the button reads
Audit limit reachedand stays disabled - The measurement browser fetches the page with its HTTP cache disabled, so a run always measures real origin or edge bytes
