Requests are rate-limited to 10 per minute per IP and pass through a concurrency limit before running
To keep the public audit tool fair and stable for everyone, each visitor is limited to 10 audit requests per minute.
There's also a shared limit on how many audits can run at the exact same time, so the system doesn't get overwhelmed during busy periods.
