Sign in and sessions
Disabled accounts are blocked, and an admin-issued temporary password forces a reset on next sign-in
If your account, or your whole workspace, has been disabled, sign-in is refused until it's re-enabled.
When an administrator resets your password, you receive a temporary one; the next time you sign in with it, WebOptiva makes you set a new password before you can continue.
Temporary passwords also expire, so an unused one eventually stops working and has to be reissued.
