legalFooterText is rendered into the report and its email; the contact block is stored but not rendered

Two groups of fields sit on the brand profile — the legal footer and the contact block — and they behave differently when a report is built. Documenting which is which avoids promising a client something the template does not print.

Set legalFooterText on create or update. When a report is generated, the builder emits it as an HTML <footer> at the bottom of the report; when the profile has no footer text, the default Powered by WebOptiva appears instead. The delivery email does the same substitution, so the branding matches between the email body and the report it links to. Any HTML you send is escaped, so plan for plain text.

Contact block: stored#

contactName, contactEmail, and contactPhone are validated and saved with the profile and come back on GET /v1/brand-profiles/:id, but the report and email templates do not render them today — they exist so your integration can keep the agency's contact details next to the identity they belong to, and print them in your own collateral.

Expected result#

Your footer text under every generated report and report email; your contact details reliably retrievable from the same profile record (see Create a brand profile).
