Run Lighthouse
A concurrency cap limits how many Lighthouse runs execute at once, protecting the worker under load
Lighthouse is heavier than a normal audit because it opens a real browser to test your page.
To keep things stable, only a limited number of Lighthouse runs are allowed to happen at the same time — extra requests simply wait their turn.
