Export a ticket as formatted text for your issue tracker

For teams that live in Jira, Linear, or GitHub Issues, a ticket exports as ready-to-paste text rather than a link you have to explain.

The call#

POST /v1/domains/:id/remediation-tickets/:ticketId/export renders the export text (title, severity, WCAG reference, selectors, verification steps, and the underlying finding context), persists it on the ticket (exportedText, exportedAt), and flips the status to exported. The response is the updated { "ticket": … }; unknown ids answer Domain or ticket not found. The action is recorded as activity remediation_ticket.exported.

In the dashboard#

When a ticket has been exported, its text is what a UI would render inline — the same pattern the content-action drafts already use: an exported item shows its <pre>-formatted text right on the row, so whoever picks it up next sees exactly what was handed off.

Expected result#

One paste lands a fully specified ticket in your tracker — severity, criterion, selectors, and how to verify — while the platform keeps the authoritative copy and keeps recomputing resolution on each audit (see Work by severity).
